Awards

The SGA has established four prizes that are awarded at our biennial meetings :

1. The SGA-KGHM Krol Medal for recognizing outstanding service to the Society
2. The SGA-Newmont Gold Medal for career achievements
3. The SGA Young Scientist Award for a distinguished young researcher
4. The best paper published in Mineralium Deposita
5. The Best Student Oral and Poster Presentation
