Memorandum of Understanding between the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits (SGA) and the European Association of Geochemistry (EAG)
The agreement between the SGA and EAG offers benefits to the members of both organisations.
EAG offers the following benefits to the SGA and SGA membership:
- Member registration rates when attending the EAG-led 2019 V.M. Goldschmidt Conference®.
- Member rate to purchase Geochemical Perspectives back issues in print
- EAG will provide logistical support to organize SGA committee meetings or workshops at the same rate as charged of EAG at the 2019 V.M. Goldschmidt Conference®.
- The EAG will place the SGA logo in a prominent location together with a link from the logo to the SGA website.
- The EAG will insert small notices about SGA society activities in the EAG newsletter.
SGA offers the following benefits to the EAG and EAG membership:
- EAG members will be able to register for SGA Biennial Meetings at the SGA membership rate.
- The SGA website and newsletter will carry advertisements for the Goldschmidt Conferences, EAG sponsored workshops and EAG publications.
- The SGA website will place the EAG logo in a prominent location together with a link from the logo to the EAG website.
