Regular Members

Membership is 75 EUR (90 EUR after January 31) and includes free annual subscription of Mineralium Deposita and the SGA News. The full Regular membership comprises print and electronic access to the whole Mineralium Deposita archive.

A discounted Regular membership comprising electronic access only to Mineralium Deposita (and archive) and the SGA News is offered at 60 EUR (75 EUR after January 31).

Student Members

Student membership is offered for only 10 EUR (25 EUR after January 31) to full-time students for a maximum of 4 years. Membership includes an electronic access only to Mineralium Deposita and the SGA News.

An extended student membership comprising additional print access to Mineralium Deposita is offered at 60 EUR (75 EUR after January 31).

Senior Members

After retirement, Members can retain their membership advantages at a reduced rate of 60 EUR (75 EUR after January 31), comprising print and electronic access to Mineralium Deposita and the SGA News.

Corporate members

Corporate membership is 300 EUR (350 EUR after January 31) is open industry (no academic institution). Corporate members receive three copies of Mineralium Deposita and a 1/4 page advertisement in SGA News.

Honorary members

The General Assembly, upon recommendation of the Council, and with agreement of three quarters of the members present, can award Honorary Membership to individuals who have rendered outstanding service to the Society, or to persons of distinction in the minerals industry and in the geological sciences.

Membership to SGA is open to all persons interested in economic geology, mineral resources, industrial minerals and environmental aspects related to mineral deposits. The SGA is an international society with global membership in over 50 countries.
